Lantern Park is committed to ensuring this website is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people using assistive technologies. We believe accessible design is good design, full stop.

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We test our templates with keyboard navigation and screen reader software, and we review accessibility with each new section we build. We do not believe accessibility is a box to check — it is an ongoing responsibility.

Current status

This site is built with semantic HTML5, logical heading structure, descriptive alt text on all images, sufficient colour contrast ratios, visible focus indicators, and keyboard-navigable interactive elements. Our cookie banner is keyboard accessible and dismissible without a mouse. Navigation is consistent across all pages. We do not use CAPTCHAs.

Known limitations

Some older embedded maps may not be fully accessible to screen reader users. We are working to resolve this in a future update. Some images provided by third parties may not have optimal alt text. We review these as they are identified.

Reporting accessibility issues

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please tell us. We take these reports seriously and aim to address confirmed issues promptly. Contact us at [email protected] with a description of the barrier, the page where you encountered it, and the assistive technology you were using.

Typography and readability

Body text is set at a minimum of 16px. Line length is limited to approximately 72 characters for comfortable reading. Colour contrast between text and background meets or exceeds WCAG AA requirements throughout. Interactive elements have a minimum touch target size of 44px. Users may override our font choices and sizes using browser settings without loss of functionality.

Enforcement

This statement was prepared on June 1, 2026. We review and update it at least annually, and whenever significant changes are made to the site.
