For anything that doesn't fit the form: [email protected]. We aim to respond within five business days. For time-sensitive event submissions, please note the deadline in your subject line.

What we respond to

We respond to story tips that are specific and local, partnership enquiries that align with our editorial independence, event submissions at least two weeks before the date, and genuine corrections or feedback. We do not respond to PR pitches for national brands, SEO link requests, or anything that doesn't relate to neighbourhood life.

Corrections

If something we've published is inaccurate, we want to know. We correct errors promptly and note the correction at the bottom of the affected article. Please be specific about the claim and, if possible, provide a source.
